How does the free trial work?
Every new parent subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to your plan's features from day one, and won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then at no cost.
Does my nursery school need to pay for anything?
No. Nurturly is completely free for partner schools. In fact, partner schools earn a percentage of every parent subscription from their nursery - see our partner page for details.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is my child's data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is strictly role-based, and only you and your child's assigned teachers can view their activity records.
What payment methods are accepted?
Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe and support all major debit and credit cards.
